Best practices for a better world.

Our mission goes far beyond producing plastic tubes as we aim for environmental responsibility in all that we do.

Research and development for a better world.

C-Pack is a pioneer in the use of Green Polyethylene for plastic tube production. This raw material developed by Braskem reduces CO2 emissions and provides consumers with plastic tubes made from sugarcane, a renewable source. Annually, more than 1000 tons of CO2 are not emitted and are absorbed by the C-Pack product due to the wide application of this raw material in our tubes.

Our sustainable infrastructure has

32 thousand m² with respect to the environment.

The most modern industrial park in Latin America for the production of plastic tubes was also designed to be the most sustainable.

– Our total consumption of treated water including the cafeteria is less than 15 households

– 33% of water consumption derives from rainwater harvesting

– Skylights reduce the use of electric light bulbs by 50% during the day

– All sewage is treated by the root zone

We rethink our value chain

Circular economy for plastics.

Sustainability is at the heart of C–Pack®'s business strategy, developing plastic tubes with less environmental impact through projects to reduce the weight of packaging, utilizing recycled raw materials (PCR) and renewable sources.

Reverse logistics in practice.

C-Pack is available to deliver the manufactured tubes in returnable plastic boxes. The boxes are produced with the polypropylene shavings from manufacturing the tube caps and the box return logistics are performed by the company's carrier (C-Log).

About 2,500 trees are saved annually by using returnable plastic instead of cardboard.

Zero waste company

C–Pack sends less than 10% of its waste to landfills.

What classifies us as a Zero Waste Company is that a large part of the cafeteria's waste is sent to composting. The fertilizer resulting from this composting is returned to an indoor garden and used in the cultivation of vegetables consumed in the company's cafeteria.

At C–Pack®, we apply the 4 R's concept of the Zero Waste International Alliance (ZWIA) – rethinking, reducing, reusing, and recycling our waste.

C-Pack environmental policy

C-Pack recognizes its responsibility to the environment as an integral part of its activities and affirms its commitments through its Environmental Policy, pledging to:

Prioritize respect for biodiversity and harmonious relationships with the communities where it operates and develops its activities.
